A traditional stone threshing barn, now transformed to offer four contemporary office spaces and a café (Units 1 – 5).
OFFICE SPACE
East Building
The East Building was the first space to be transformed into offices over a decade ago. Spread over two floors, these beautiful spaces have attracted interior designers and an antiques dealer as longterm tenants.
UNITS 6-14
The Cowshed
Made up of five office spaces (units 6-10) and four large workshops (units 11- 14), the Cowshed is a modern workspace with underfloor heating and large glass crittall doors.

Calmsden farm
Calmsden Farms operates a commercial arable farm, alongside environmental practices, with ~20% of the land dedicated to wildlife preservation and protection.
At the centre of the farm you’ll find the village, built from traditional Cotswold stone, with a welcoming and active community.
